Two well-bred ryed bourbons and one finished bourbon each complementing the others in this, our 10th edition pact. In honor of this double-digit milestone, we’ve achieved a double finish. The first finish was perfected in Cabernet Franc barrels, with the second refined in Merlot casks.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with warm copper notes and a subtle ruby tint from the Cabernet Franc and Merlot finishes.

Sweet fruit with hints of oak, unfolding into a graceful, inviting aroma.
Palate
Rich caramel forms the core, balanced by tart raspberry brightness and a confident black pepper kiss. Oak sweetness lingers with a silky vanilla undercurrent, while subtle cocoa accents emerge through the mid-palate, revealing the wine-barrel finisher's elegant spice and warmth.
Finish
A lingering finish of red stone fruits, threaded with vanilla and cocoa, leaving a warm, velvety sweetness that echoes long after the sip.
