A 2018 limited edition of the Master's Collection, this Kentucky straight bourbon uses the standard Woodford mash bill, and has been aged in specially selected American oak casks. These casks are made from Ozark oak, which has imparted a distintively spicy, nutty flavour profile.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honeyed glow.
Nose
Open and inviting, the nose is framed by toasted American oak, with bright spice—cinnamon and clove—layered over nutty notes of almond and hazelnut. A touch of vanilla and caramel peeks through the warmth, adding depth to a distinctly Ozark oak profile.
Palate
Spicy, nutty and refined on the palate. Toasted almond and hazelnut mingle with vanilla and caramel, carried by Ozark oak spice. A silky mid-palate yields roasted oak and baking spice, followed by a lingering peppery finish with a touch of dark chocolate.
Finish
Long, warming finish with spicy Ozark oak and toasted nut notes, underpinning vanilla-caramel sweetness. Cinnamon and almond linger, gradually fading into a refined, oak-driven glow.
