More Single Cask goodness from Benromach. This time we have another UK Exclusive Single Cask. This time it's a first fill Sherry Hogshead (Cask No 11) matured whisky, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2019 at a healthy 60% ABV. One of only 319 bottles.
Sweet ripe red apple, white pepper and hints of stewed fruits and delicate bonfire embers.

Sweet ripe red apples shimmer with a white pepper lift, while stewed fruits add warmth and depth. Delicate bonfire embers drift through a sherry-kissed sweetness, inviting a slow, contemplative inhale.

Sweet ripe red apples lead the palate, with a bright white pepper bite. Hints of stewed fruits unfold, mingling with delicate bonfire embers and a warm sherry-cask influence, finishing long and bold at 60% ABV.
Finish
Long, warming finish with orchard sweetness and subtle spice. Sweet red apple lingers, joined by white pepper and stewed fruit, as bonfire embers mingle with sherry-influenced cocoa, leaving a warm, lingering aftertaste.
