Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with warm coppery hues.
Nose
Sweet top notes of pear drops, lime and lemon sherbet mingle with creamy vanilla fudge, followed by fresh floral hints and subtle malted barley. Fragrant pear with sweet barley sugar and green apple unfolds into ripe melon and honey.
Palate
Rounded honey sweetness with a dash of chilli spice, then sugared violets and dry hay give way to creamy roasted hazelnuts. Water brightens lime cordial and soft florals. A delicate, lingering smoke emerges as red apple returns with violet, lavender and a touch of pepper.
Finish
Lingering sweet herbal tobacco threads through cool menthol, with bright orange and lemon zest lifting the palate. A final wisp of smoke lingers, refined and persistent, leaving citrusy, aromatic echoes.
