However, the Contrasts range is all about providing a twist on the signature style; this limited edition Single Malt was matured in the finest Virgin American oak casks for ten years, resulting tropical fruit flavours not typically found in Benromach Whisky.

(ben-ROM-ach) Benromach first opened in 1900, and is situated next to the railway line in Forres, about 25 miles east of Inverness on the main route to Aberdeen. Like many distilleries that opened around this time, the distillery survived until the 1980s, but with many changes of ownership and extended periods of closure.
