Colour
Golden amber with a warm honey glow and a subtle coppery sheen.
Nose
Opulent, fruit-forward nose: red apples and pear mingle with cherry, hints of orchard sweetness. Warm malt and creamy barley support the aroma, lifted by hay and a subtle vanilla-cinnamon perfume. Bold cask-strength depth with inviting spice.
Palate
Red apple, pear and cherry lift the palate, backed by a hay-dusted malt. Mid-palate unfolds plum and fig, threaded with vanilla and cinnamon, as creamy malt delivers a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish where creamy malt coats the palate, giving way to ripe plum and fig, with vanilla and cinnamon threading the spice into a lasting, comforting sweetness.
