Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany edge, like sun-drenched caramel.
Nose
White flowers rise over a creamy sweetness: bounty-bar notes with coconut fudge, macarons and vanilla wafers, cookie dough, milky cereal and a hint of sparkling perry.
Palate
On the palate, toasted oats and honey-nut cereal mingle with sugared almonds and delicate floral and herbal notes. Creamy white chocolate and milk pudding blend with coffee cream and praline, delivering a softly nutty, silky warmth.
Finish
Walnut whips and toasted almonds give way to a milky-vanilla-mocha layer, finishing on creamy oak with a delicate floral spice.
