This 21-year-old expression has been matured in refill casks for 8 years, followed by a 13-year second maturation in rejuvenated American and European oak wine casks, as well as rejuvenated casks with charred ends. An intentional complexity that bursts with swelling crescendo: a fruity melody of over-ripe dark fruit, stewed pear, smashed fig and caramelised apple reverberates on the palate.

Palate
Opulent and warming, the palate unfolds in a crescendo of over-ripe dark fruits—prune and blackberry—with stewed pear, smashed fig and caramelised apple. Rich, velvety sweetness meets toasted oak and wine-cask spice from the second maturation, finishing long with a warm, subtly charred glow.
Finish
Long, fruit-forward finish lingering with over-ripe dark fruit, stewed pear and fig, backed by caramelised apple. Wine-cask influence drapes a warm, oaken echo with a hint of char, fading to a refined, subtly spiced finale.
