Colour

Opulent sherry-soaked aroma with dark fruit and orange peel, raisin, fig, and date merging with treacle sweetness. Nutmeg and cinnamon spice drift through polished oak, cocoa nibs, and a whisper of leather. Rich and heady, yet balanced by a clean barley malt glow.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied on the palate, it unfolds with rich dried fruits—fig, date and raisin—blended with deep sherry, dark chocolate and toffee. Sherry cask spice—cinnamon, clove—frames polished oak and toasted almond. Silky yet assertive, it coats the mouth, finishing long with fruitcake, leather and a warm, lingering glow.

Finish

Long, indulgent finish that clings with dark fruit, fig and raisin, wrapped in dusky sherry sweetness. Cocoa, toasted almond and a thread of spice—ginger and cinnamon—build complexity as the oak tightens. A warm, lingering glow lingers on the palate, slowly fading to refined, velvet dryness.
