Nose
Opulent Oloroso-driven nose: dark raisin and fig mingle with orange zest, caramel and toasted almond. Cocoa, polished oak, and a whisper of spice—clove and cinnamon—thread through a warm, leathery finish.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, this delivers dark fig and raisin with cocoa, braided by almond and walnut notes from the Oloroso. A ribbon of orange zest and caramel sweetness brightens the mid-palate, while polished oak and gentle spice unfold. Silky, warming mouthfeel leads to a long, nutty, leather-kissed finish that lingers with spice and dried fruit.

Long, opulent finish with dried fruits—raisin, fig, and orange zest—woven with dark chocolate and toasted almond. The Oloroso sherry leaves a warm, spicy echo on the palate as oak and baking spices unfold, ending in creamy, lingering warmth that invites another sip.
