Deep, sun-kissed amber with honeyed gold highlights and a coppery glow.
Nose
A decadent bouquet of fruit and nut chocolate mingles with dark treacle and raisin bread, folded into butterscotch and dark honeycomb. Toasted vanilla wafers lend warmth, while rich caramel and toffee popcorn shimmer, finished with a whisper of orange bitters.
Palate
Rich and buttery orange marmalade cake leads into a rum-like Demerara sweetness and rum-raisin fudge, with sticky toffee pudding, peaches in syrup and a hint of French toast.
Finish
Honey and brown sugar linger with baked bananas, layered with butterscotch and toffee; rum-soaked raisins emerge, followed by French toast and a bright note of orange and chocolate bitters.
