Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper highlights and a tawny mahogany core, a warm, sun-kissed glow.
Nose
Intense peat smoke entwined with velvety sherry, unfolding dark fruits—prune, fig, raisin—balanced by orange zest, cocoa nibs, vanilla, and a whisper of spice and leather.
Palate
Robust peat and smoke blanket a velvet, sherry-soaked palate. Dark dried fruits—raisin, fig, plum—sit with cocoa, espresso and orange zest, while warm spice and a saline edge linger into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with robust peat persisting over rich sherry-soaked fruit and dark chocolate. Warmth broadens into spice and toasted oak, gradually fading to a silky, resinous glow that lingers.
