Nose
Sherry-soaked and inviting, the nose unfurls with dark dried fruit—raisin, fig, and apricot—brightened by orange zest and honey. Toasted almond, vanilla, and a whisper of cocoa mingle with oak spice, while subtle orchard notes emerge—pear and apple—lifting the aroma to a warm, polished finish.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate with a gentle oiliness. Dried fig, date and orange zest unfold into vanilla, toasted almond and cocoa. Sherry echoes through warm spice—cinnamon and clove—alongside a polished oak and caramel sweetness. The finish is long and balanced, with fruit, spice and a touch of pepper lingering.
