Apple and pear fruit rise with honeyed vanilla in a refined nose. Subtle sherry depth adds raisins and dried apricot, while toasted oak and almond lend structure. A gentle spice of cinnamon and ginger threads through, leaving a warm, inviting aroma.
Palate
Silky on the palate, this 10-year-old Speyside delivers honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla, and a whisper of sherry sweetness. Medium-bodied with creamy texture, delicate spice, and almond notes, supported by subtle oak. The finish unfurls with warming ginger and toasted barley, leaving a refined, orchard-bright memory.
Finish
Long and graceful, the finish coats the palate with dried fruits and toasted almond, carried by warm sherry-cask sweetness. Hints of cinnamon and cocoa emerge from the oak, then drift away on a mellow, silky fade that lingers with elegant vanilla and a soft, nutty dryness.
