Colour

Nose

Opulent and refined on the nose, with honeyed orchard fruits and sun-warmed figs, veiled in polished sherry notes; cacao, toasted almond and a whisper of leather emerge, framed by vanilla and spice.

Palate

Velvety and opulent on the palate, with dark fruit and sherried sweetness deepening into roasted walnut and polished oak. Spices weave through orange zest and cacao, all carried by a warm, full-bodied core from the 52% ABV, finishing long with caramel, dried fruit and a hint of tobacco.

Finish

Opulent and long, the finish carries a warm sherry cloak: dried fig and date, dark chocolate, and caramelized toffee melting into spice. Cinnamon and orange zest thread through the oak, leaving a refined, lingering ember that fades with elegant patience and a final lift of peppery warmth.
