Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old Victo Ngai Edition keeps the same whisky as the regular Caribbean Cask, but presents it in a limited design pack featuring artwork by illustrator Victo Ngai.
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums.
When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

Vanilla, honeyed toffee and creamy oak rise, lifted by tropical fruit and a subtle rum influence. Warm and elegant, with citrus peel and gentle spice weaving through the aroma.

Silky, honeyed on the palate, with satin toffee and vanilla carrying tropical fruit and orchard sweetness. Subtle spice threads through creamy oak, building toward a warm, lingering finish that echoes the Caribbean rum cask finish.
Finish
Warm, lingering finish with honeyed sweetness fading into toffee and a subtle fruit lift. The rum-cask finish softens the oak, leaving a creamy, velvety tail crowned by gentle spice and a sun-kissed sweetness that lingers on the palate.
