Aromas of soft autumn fruits, runny honey, crystalised ginger and raw sugar cane. An underlying rich oakiness creates complexity and structure. The initial bold vanilla oak flavours slowly dissipate to reveal layers of toasted marshmallow, fresh fruit and cinnamon infused apple tart. The finish has an exceptionally long-lasting sweetness.
