Colour
A rich, burnished amber with golden honey highlights and coppery depths, hints of mahogany in the glass.
Nose
Luxuriously rich, with muscovado sugar and manuka honey at the core, lightly threaded by fruit notes—green banana—and a gentle kiss of spice.
Palate
Beautifully smooth with a velvet vanilla viscosity. The initial burst of sweetness graduates to treacle toffee, aged leather and deep oak tannin.
Finish
A lingering, honeyed sweetness persists, wrapped in velvety mouth-coating oiliness that coats the palate and invites another sip.
