Tasting Notes
Colour
Sun-kissed amber with honey-gold glow and copper highlights.
Nose
An elegant, airy nose of ripe orchard fruit—green apple and pear—lifted by lemon zest. Subtle vanilla and honey mingle with soft toffee and almond, while gentle oak lends structure and a creamy undercurrent. A delicate floral whisper and a light mineral finish complete the bouquet with poised refinement.
Palate
Silky on the palate, Aultmore 18 reveals honeyed pear and orchard fruit, layered with vanilla custard and a citrus whisper. A touch of wax coats the tongue, while toasted oak and a hint of spice bring quiet structure. Creamy, refined and balanced, the finish lingers with almond, subtle sweetness, and a bright citrus lift.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish of honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest, wrapped in soft vanilla and delicate oak. Subtle spice unfurls into almond and white pepper, gradually fading to a creamy, waxy texture with a final kiss of citrus.
