Colour
Radiant golden amber with warm bronze highlights and a honeyed glow.
Nose
Fresh vanilla floods the nose, with ripe banana fruit sweetness and a creamy, American whiskey-style warmth, cushioned by soft, toasted oak.
Palate
Maple syrup sweetness hits immediately, evolving into honeyed barley with malty depth. Vanilla threads through the sweetness, supported by light oak and a touch of spice, shaping a balanced, lingering palate.
Finish
A warm finish of baking spices, fresh oak and buttery pastry, with lingering whispers of wood shavings.
