Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a coppery glow.
Nose
A wave of sweetness opens the nose, with delicate meadow florals at the forefront. The bouquet broadens to ripe stone fruits—peaches and apricots—softened by a misting of honey.
Palate
On the palate, sweetness remains intense but is tempered by ginger and nutmeg. Malt loaf and deep sherried Christmas cake notes take the texture and flavor deeper, delivering a rich, warming conclusion.
Finish
Toasted oak heralds the finish, long and fruit-forward. Peaches and apricots reappear on the tail, lingering before a final, drying herbal note seals the experience.
