Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery-gold sheen and a warm mahogany edge.

Nose

Aromas unfold with ripe orchard fruit, orange zest, and heather honey, under a refined sherry glow. Raisins, dried fig and cocoa mingle with almond, toffee, toasted oak and a kiss of spice.

Palate

Velvety, medium-bodied with sherried depth and bright malt. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest and vanilla, while dark chocolate and toasted almond provide gravity. Subtle spice—ginger and clove—lifts coastal salt and oak sweetness. The finish is refined and lingering, echoing fruit and cocoa with a gentle, warming glow from the 40% ABV.

Finish

Sherry-influenced finish lingers with dried apricot, almond and cocoa, then gentle spice and warm oak. A soft, lasting glow invites lingering sips.
