The 62.1% ABV delivers warming pepper and spice (cinnamon, clove), while the Calvados barrel imparts brandy-like fruitiness. Velvet texture gives way to creamy oak, a mineral lift, and a long, crisp apple finish that lingers with subtle orchard sweetness.
