Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a ruby-tinged mahogany edge—a warm, sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Rich sherry perfume with dark dried fruits—raisins and sultanas—alongside cocoa, orange zest, and toffee. Vanilla and toasted almond spice weave through, with a whisper of coastal salt and polished oak lending elegance.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied with a creamy texture. Rich dried fruits—raisin, fig and candied orange—are carried by almond, toffee and cocoa. Warm spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) mingles with a hint of sea salt. Sherry-influenced depth adds dark fruit sweetness, gliding into a long, refined finish of oak and chocolate echoes.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with sherry sweetness lingering beside dried fig, plum and orange zest. Subtle cocoa and oak spice persist, wrapping the palate in a warm, refined glow.
