Nose

Buttery coffee fudge, praline, chestnut puree, caramel wafers, walnut whips, dried dates, juicy raisin and baked ripe figs in honey and demerara sugar.

Palate

Big, ripe and juicy dried fruit (think well buttered malt loaf) golden sultana, raisin fudge, fig jam and Sherry soaked dates. A lovely mellow body and chewy texture that is malty with brambly fruit and a hazelnut syrup ginger latte like flourish.

Finish

Malt loaf or toffee spongecake to begin with red jam, praline, toasted hazelnut, dark chocolate and juicy raisin. Firm with lasting aromatic wood notes (sandal wood) and fig rolls dipped in almond milk ginger latte.
