Tasting Notes

Colour

Bright golden amber with warm honey tones and sunlit copper edges.

Nose

Juicy pineapple griddled to caramel, dusted with icing sugar, with warm ginger and cinnamon spice. Vanilla sponge cake meets apricot glaze, while toasted marshmallow and airy meringue add a creamy, sweet lift.

Palate

Vanilla shortbread with sugared almonds and marzipan opens to white chocolate bonbons, fizzy pick-and-mix sweets, and lime zest. Grassy barley threads through, finishing with a touch of white pepper heat.

Finish

Fizzy sherbet like notes, vanilla icing over apricot danish pasties, white chocolate meringue nests, champagne truffles, peppery sugared almonds and lasting ginger spice.
