Bold peat sits over a luxuriant sherry-sweet core, inviting with dried fig, raisin and dark chocolate. Toasted oak, vanilla and spice emerge as the mouth expands, while a peppery bite from the high ABV keeps it bright. The finish is long and warming, with lingering peat, cocoa and dried fruit.
