Petrol-tinged peat and polished barley open the palate, giving way to a lush display of honeyed fruit, dried raisin, and cocoa. Sherry warmth wraps oak in a soft glow, with vanilla, toffee and a whisper of spice. The peat remains refined and persistent, finishing long with a smoky, salted caramel echo.

Ardmore's 21-year finish unfurls with persistent peat smoke mellowned by sherry-cask sweetness. Velvety waves of dried fig, almond and toffee linger, while cocoa nibs and dark fruit emerge, spiced with a touch of cinnamon.
