Colour

Nose
Dense peat and iodine rise from the glass, carried by maritime air. Lemon zest and vanilla from the bourbon cask weave through sea-salt toffee, toasted oak and a touch of char. In the background, dried fruit and cocoa add sophistication, yielding a bold, coastal Islay aroma with age-worthy depth.
Palate
Peat smoke sits at the core, ribboned with creamy vanilla from the bourbon cask. Sea-salt, iodine and citrus zest lift the sweetness, with subtle almond and spice. Full-bodied and refined, the palate carries a long, smoky finish—warm, peppery and maritime.
Finish
Long, smoky and maritime, with a core of peat that lingers alongside vanilla and toffee from the bourbon cask. The warmth grows into peppery spice, drying the palate into a mineral finish that carries sea-salt and ash. Subtle oak sweetness fades slowly, leaving a refined, persistent smoke echoing Islay seas.
