Colour
Golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery glints.
Nose
Intense smoky fruit unfurls from peat, with zesty lemon and lime riding the breeze, all wrapped in a satin veil of waxy dark chocolate.
Palate
An eruption of crackling peat unfurls, peat effervescing with tangy lemon and lime juice. Black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee, while coastal sweetness and a waxy, barley-kissed core weave through the smoke.
Finish
A long, smoky finish, tarry espresso and aniseed intertwine with toasted almonds, while delicate echoes of soft barley and fresh pear linger.
