Bold coastal peat smoke dominates the nose, tempered by sea spray and brine. Crisp citrus zest cuts through tarry depths, while vanilla sweetness from the single sherry cask glows in the background, hinting at dried fruit and a warm, sweet undercurrent.
Palate
Coastal peat and tar ride a full, oily mouth, lifted by sherry-cask sweetness. Bright citrus oils fuse with vanilla, while sea-salt and minerals linger. The palate resolves into a long, drying, smoky finish with hints of dried fruit.
