Powerful coastal peat smoke shrouds sea breeze and iodine, with medicinal tar and ash lingering on the nose. A bright thread of citrus zest and vanilla weaves through the depth, finishing with smoky, dusky warmth.
Palate
Peat-forward and maritime, with iodine-laden smoke and briny minerals. Dark chocolate and espresso drift beneath vanilla-tinged sweetness, all riding a resinous, oak-kissed backbone. The finish is long and warming, ash-tinged and coastal, with lingering smoke.
Finish
Long, peat-forward finish with coastal iodine and a medicinal bite that lingers. Subtle dark chocolate and dried fruit sweetness peek through, framed by toasty oak. A saline, peppery warmth coats the palate, evolving into a refined, smoky echo that persists.
