Peat, citrus and char lead the aroma, like a seaside barbecue with smoldering wood chips. Leather and wood smoke mingle with ginger and a touch of savoury meat. Beneath, tarry coffee and sooty, smoky undertones deepen the scent, as embers glow in a spice-laden breeze.
Palate
Bold and waxy on the palate, a charred, peat-kissed profile. Deep tarry coffee meets leather and wood smoke, with ginger warmth and savoury meat notes riding a seaside barbecue tangent. A long, smoky finish coats the mouth with ash, spice and warm maturity.
Finish
