" A soft creamy nose. Big and brooding on the palate with burning peat and seaweed. Oily, peppery, with ripe fruit characteristics, licorice and plain chocolate"
This now scarce bottling is pretty much unavailable anywhere else, we luckily have managed to locate a small amount of bottles at this great price, but we're sure they won't last long.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
A soft, creamy nose, inviting and elegant, with a touch of luxurious calm.
Palate
Big and brooding on the palate with burning peat and seaweed, an oily, peppery texture coats the mouth. Ripe dark fruit, licorice and a hint of plain chocolate weave through, finishing long with maritime smoke and a warm, lingering bite.
Finish
Long, smoky finish where peat and coastal brine linger, warmed by peppery spice. Licorice and dark chocolate surface as seaweed and mineral notes persist on an oily mouthfeel, fading slowly to a contemplative whisper that invites another sip.
