Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey highlights and a delicate copper glow.
Nose
Subtle peat smoke mingles with sherry-kissed sweetness: dark fruit, orange zest and prunes rise over toasted almond, vanilla and caramel. A malted, honeyed oak note seals the aroma, inviting warmth and a refined, lingering finish.
Palate
Subtle peat smoke lingers on a silky palate, mingling with orchard fruits, dried fig and a touch of cocoa from sherry-cask maturation. Rich vanilla and gentle spice unfold beside creamy oak, yielding a balanced, rounded sweetness that coats the tongue, finishing with warm, understated smoke.
Finish
Soft peat lingers with sherry-soft sweetness, unfurling cocoa, orange zest and toasted oak. The finish is long and graceful, a warm, evolving breeze of smoke and spice that slowly fades into velvety oak.
