Oban 10 year old 58% ABV
This 10-year-old expression is matured in refill casks, before being selectively finished in newly charred American Oak barrels, freshly seasoned with Oloroso sherry, imparting baked apple notes and subtle wisps of sea salted vanilla. Charred oak heightens an enchanting fragrance: a bouquet of spiced nutmeg, sweet cinnamon and hints of clove.
Glen Ord The Singleton 14 year old 54.7% ABV
This 14-year-old expression from The Singleton Glen Ord Distillery is matured life-long in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, then part-finished with the lively influence of Pyrenean and Spanish oak cask ends. Talisker 8 year old 58.7% ABV

Benrinnes 21 year old 55.4% ABV
This 21-year-old expression has been matured in refill casks for 8 years, followed by a 13-year second maturation in rejuvenated American and European oak wine casks, as well as rejuvenated casks with charred ends. An intentional complexity that bursts with swelling crescendo: a fruity melody of over-ripe dark fruit, stewed pear, smashed fig and caramelised apple reverberates on the palate.
Mortlach 57.5% ABV
Finished in casks that formerly held alluringly sweet Ramandolo white wine, and earthy Sangiovese red, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky holds a bewitching tint in the light. Layered crisp fruit, caramelised miso and a hint of cured prosciutto notes emerge for an audaciously umami and fruity flavour.
Caol Ila 11 year old 57.3% ABV
In this unusual unpeated expression, the Malt Master captures a blissful interplay between rich nutty character and delicious orchard fruit. Shorter fermentation bears cloudy worts that make for a gloriously creamy, nutty mouth feel; while carefully partly-filling our pot stills enacts higher copper contact to bring forth fresh green apple flavours and spicy accents. Matured in refill, rejuvenated and ex-wine casks for 11 years.
Roseisle 12 year old 55.6% ABV
Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon and refill casks, rich flavours blossom with smooth creamy texture. Notes of ripe fruit and white chocolate lie beneath the sweet vanilla aroma. Nuanced spice balances warm complexity, ending with a long, rich finish.

Palate
Coastal smoke with a satin oak backbone. Thick vanilla and toffee melt into coconut and baked apples, joined by orchard fruits. Nutmeg, cinnamon and clove thread through creamy notes of almond and green apple, a touch of sea-salt and warmth from the wood. Finishes long and nuanced with fruit, caramel and toasted oak.
Finish
An expansive, luxurious finish that lingers like velvet. Notes of vanilla toffee and coconut drift into orchard fruit, baked apple and spice, with a coastal, smoky whisper. A creamy, nutty warmth stays long after, warmed by oak, vanilla and a final kiss of chocolate and subtle umami.
