Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with a coppery glow and honey-gold undertones.

Nose

A sweet, tropical bouquet of pineapple and mango is lifted by sun-warmed Caribbean spice, finishing with a subtle rum funk that speaks of the cask’s Caribbean maturity.

Palate

Sugar-rolled tropical fruits envelop the palate, threaded with vanilla sweetness. Caribbean spice fans the warmth, leaving a long, rum-kissed finish.

Finish

Long, tropical finish with ripe mango and pineapple notes melted into vanilla and Caribbean spice, carried by a warm rum-infused sweetness that lingers before fading to toasted oak.
