BATCH 2 – Hell Smoked Rum returns with even more fire and flavour. Barrel-aged in an ex-Islay whisky cask, this unapologetically bold rum is infused with Scotch Bonnet, Birds Eye, Chipotle, and Ancho chillies, plus cacao nibs. For this batch, there's an extra twist—aging a triple chocolate stout in the cask beforehand for added chocolate richness.
Expect intense waves of smoke, deep chocolate, and building chilli heat, finishing with a BBQ sauce kick. Hand-stamped brown bag packaging adds a raw, distressed touch.
