Re-coopered from a first fill Bourbon to a Bourbon Quarter Cask. Matured in a Bourbon quarter cask, this is a deep and subtle smokey dram bottled at 53.8% ABV.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm honey sheen, a sunlit, caramel-kissed tone that whispers of oak and gentle smoke.
Nose
A warm, inviting aroma of caramel and vanilla, woven with baking spices and toasted oak. Subtle smoke threads through the profile, lending quiet gravitas and ember-soft depth.
Palate
Caramel and spice build, then give way to deeper woodtones with subtle BBQ smoke.
Finish
The finish is long and suave, with caramel and vanilla sustaining a warm sweetness that slowly yields to oak and spice. A whisper of BBQ smoke lingers, casting ember-char across the palate before fading to refined, oak-driven warmth.
