Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm, sherry-tinted glow.
Nose
Explosive aromatic spices surge with untamed strength: cinnamon, nutmeg and anise lift into a coastal ozone ether. Sandalwood threads mingle with rich pipe tobacco, entwined with caramel sweetness, delivering a warm, inviting perfume of spice and depth.
Palate
Sweet demerara sugar drizzles over carrot cake, with orange zest and coastal notes giving a salted-caramel edge. Gentle spices tease the palate, building to pink peppercorn, while a creamy sweetness lingers and a whisper of oak and sea breeze threads through the finish.
Finish
A medium-to-long finish that gracefully shifts from caramel sauce to lingering wood smoke and black pepper.
