Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey hues and a subtle copper edge.

Nose

Fresh, bright nose of vanilla and coconut weaving through nutty, fruity spirits, evoking freshly bloomed gorse flowers, geraniums, honeyed cereal and roasted cashews.

Palate

Rich porridge sweetness opens to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a gentle spice and a subtle tingle. Desiccated coconut blends with floral honey, finishing with a soft vanilla glow that lingers.

Finish

Medium-length finish with lingering coconut and vanilla, a creamy warmth that softly fades, leaving a subtle spice.
