Intoxicating aromas of hibiscus and camomile mingle with a fruity bouquet of orange oil, apricot and freshly opened peaches. Subtle notes of milk chocolate, honeyed granola and warm Pastel de Nata evoke a luscious, bakery-bright sweetness that hints at Madeira-finished richness to come.
Palate
Juicy and fruit-forward, nectarine and peach lead, shaded by candied orange peel. Madeira’s influence adds spun-sugar caramel and rich sweetness, while baklava and hazelnut spread provide nutty depth. A soft oak spice lingers, shaping a lush, dessert-like palate with orchard-fresh brightness.
Finish
The lingering oak wood spice with sweet pastry and soft stone fruit notes evokes a sun-warmed Mediterranean market brimming with fresh fruit and bakery stalls.
