Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey tones and coppery glints, a luminous, inviting hue.
Nose
Fresh and lively, the nose presents a fruit salad of green apple, grape and pear. Warmer notes of freshly cut hay follow, with fragrant eucalyptus-infused wood shavings.
Palate
Full and soft on the palate, with waves of chewy caramel and a ginger-syrup warmth. Neat it is lovely; water heightens the spice and reveals red-fruit notes such as pomegranate.
Finish
Dry and long, the finish coats the palate with crushed brazil nuts, leaving a refined, nutty afterglow.
