Nose

A deep Sherry cloak—walnut, almond, and hints of toffee and cocoa—sits atop warm spice: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Substantial oak, leather and a whisper of vanilla emerge, all carried by an unctuous, cask-strength shimmer that hints at the full-bodied, Sherried heart.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, this cask-strength Speyside coats the palate with dark raisin, fig and orange zest, deepened by burnt sugar and cacao. Rich Oloroso sherry threads dried fruit with cinnamon and nutmeg, while velvety oak lends warmth and a long, plush finish of lingering sherried sweetness.

Finish

Lengthy, decadently sherried finish that lingers with dark fruit compote, toasted almond, and cacao from the oloroso cask, slowly unfurling into velvety spice and polished oak.
