Colour
Dark, burnished amber with coppery highlights and mahogany edges.
Nose
Sherry-soaked nose with dark plum, raisin and fig, lifted by bright orange zest. Rich toffee and vanilla swirl into oak spice—cinnamon and clove—while cocoa, toasted almond and a whisper of leather add depth and a hint of tobacco.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied mouthfeel with a warming core from 57.1% ABV. Rich sherry-drenched fruit coats the palate—figs, raisins, prune, and dark cherry—alongside cocoa, dark chocolate, and toffee. Layered spices emerge: cinnamon, clove, orange zest, vanilla oak. The finish is long and luxurious, carrying dried fruit, spice, and a touch of tobacco with elegant persistence.
Finish
Long, opulent finish of dried fruits and sherry sweetness, evolving into cocoa, espresso, and toasted almond. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger as the 57.1% warmth carries the flavors onward, leaving a warming, well-integrated oak afterglow.
