Distilled at Speyside’s most prestigious distillery, close to the banks of the River Spey, just outside the village of Aberlour.
This full bodied, richly sherried single malt whisky was matured in a single 1st fill Oloroso Sherry cask, before being bottled at cask strength, unchill-filtered, with no added colour.
Although the distillery in undisclosed, we can confirm that it begins with the letter M, and would be a favourite of Mr Bond.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, sherry-dark amber with mahogany depth and coppery glints.
Nose
Opulent sherry overtones crown a tapestry of dark fruit—prune, fig, raisin—lifted by orange zest and toffee. Rich cocoa, roasted almond, and baking spice mingle with seasoned oak, a whisper of coffee bean adding depth. Full-bodied and warming, the aroma is decadently velvety, signaling a long, luxurious journey in the glass.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, this sherried palate coats the tongue with syrupy richness: ripe figs and prunes, dark chocolate, and orange zest. Oloroso depth brings roasted almond, espresso and spice—cinnamon, clove, black pepper—while velvety oak threads through to a long, warming finish.
Finish
Opulent, long finish drenched in Oloroso richness: dark fig, raisin and treacle giving way to toasted almond, cocoa and nutty oak. A warm, peppery glow lingers, tapering to a dry, refined spice with a final echo of sherried depth.
