Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with radiant gold and copper highlights, a warm, burnished bronze glow in the glass.
Nose
Floral and fragrant, the nose pours a bright fruit bouquet - pear, banana and ripe pineapple - interwoven with a delicate toffee note. Light, airy and inviting, it suggests creamy vanilla from the oak without diminishing the fruit’s fresh, sunny sweetness.
Palate
A vibrant palate of vanilla custard, honeycomb and cookie dough, supported by malt and soft oak, with warming spices weaving through the sweetness.
Finish
Rich and viscous, the finish coats the palate with an oily, velvety depth, leaving a lingering warmth.
