Vintage Bottlers are proud to announce the rare cask series collection, ‘The Regions’, which will take you on a sensory journey through Scotland’s six Whisky producing regions. The first in the series is a 30 year old expression from a undisclosed Highlands distillery.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a warm, amber-gold sheen.
Nose
An elegant, inviting perfume of rich nuttiness and cedarwood, mingled with polished furniture and a delicate floral waxiness. Notes of sponge cake, heather honey, almond oil, and a whisper of amontillado sherry weave through a beautifully rounded, soft aromatic tapestry.
Palate
Viscous and oily on entry, with a prickle that follows. Cinnamon and cloves frame a dark chocolate core, revealing Turkish Delight sweetness, bonfire toffee, and a hint of herbal dryness as the layers deepen. Complex and robust, yet impeccably balanced, with a whisper of spice lingering on the palate.
Finish
Dry and lingering, with a touch of black cherry, spicy oak and rich dark chocolate.
