Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise from the glass, mingling with creamy toffee and coconut, Bourbon-cask influence evident in the sweetness. Subtle orange and lemon zest brighten the aroma, while delicate oak and gentle spice provide a polished, airy backbone.
Palate
Soft and elegant on the palate, this Highland dram delivers vanilla and creamy toffee from ex-Bourbon maturation, with coconut sweetness and toasted oak. Fresh citrus zest and green apple brighten the mid-palate, while gentle spice—white pepper and nutmeg—adds intrigue. A malt-forward, warm caramel finish lingers with quiet sophistication.
Finish
Silky and warm, the finish drapes vanilla and creamy oak with a ribbon of caramel. Subtle orchard fruit and toasted almond emerge from the ex-Bourbon maturation, easing into citrus zest and a hint of pepper. Long, refined and comforting, it leaves a soft, lingering glow on the palate.
