Colour

Nose

Vanilla and warm toffee from ex-Bourbon lead, with sherry-cask depth: raisin, fig and plum, backed by hazelnut and cocoa nib, and bright orange zest. Subtle spice and a whisper of leather complete the bouquet.

Palate

Silky toffee and vanilla unfold on the palate, carried by mellow bourbon sweetness with hints of coconut and citrus zest. The sherry influence brings red-berry notes, fig, raisin and a cocoa-dusted spice, woven into gentle oak. Finish is warm, balanced, with lingering dark fruit and a soft, nutty echo.

Finish

An elegant, lingering finish that pairs bourbon vanilla with sherry depth. Dried fruits—raisin and fig—coexist with cocoa and almond, while cinnamon and clove drift across the palate. A warm, oak-kissed fade lingers gracefully.
